Tractor Production Line

The BSM tractor production line is designed to support stable assembly, inspection and delivery of farm tractors, walking tractors and agricultural machinery. Each production step focuses on practical performance, reliable structure and export-ready quality.

From component preparation to final inspection, our production team follows standardized procedures to help ensure that every tractor meets customer configuration requirements and field working needs.

1. Component Preparation

Before assembly, key tractor components are prepared and checked according to the production plan. These components may include engine parts, transmission parts, chassis parts, hydraulic components, tires, electrical parts, cabin or canopy parts and other accessories.

Component preparation helps confirm that each tractor model is assembled with the correct configuration, horsepower range and customer-required options.

2. Chassis and Frame Assembly

The chassis and frame are the foundation of tractor structure. During this step, the production team assembles and checks the main frame, front axle, rear axle, steering components and related structural parts.

A stable chassis structure helps improve tractor durability, driving stability and working performance in different field conditions.

3. Engine and Transmission Installation

The engine and transmission system are installed and connected according to model specifications. The production team checks the mounting position, connection points, pipeline layout and basic mechanical fit.

This step is important for tractor power output, gear shifting, driving operation and long-term reliability.

4. Hydraulic and PTO System Assembly

The hydraulic system and PTO system are important for agricultural operations. During production, hydraulic pipelines, lifting components and PTO-related parts are assembled and checked.

This helps the tractor work with common agricultural implements such as rotary tillers, plows, seeders, trailers and other farm tools.

5. Electrical System Installation

The electrical system is installed to support tractor lighting, control functions, dashboard display and other electrical components. The wiring layout is checked to help reduce connection problems and improve daily operation reliability.

6. Cabin, Canopy, Tires and Accessories

According to customer requirements, the tractor can be equipped with cabin, canopy, agricultural tires, turf tires, counterweight, lights, mirrors and other accessories.

Different markets may require different configurations, so BSM supports flexible options based on farm conditions, working applications and local preferences.

7. Function Testing and Adjustment

After assembly, each tractor goes through basic function testing and adjustment. The inspection may include engine starting, driving operation, gear shifting, braking, steering, hydraulic lifting, PTO operation, lighting and other key functions.

If any abnormal condition is found, the tractor will be adjusted and checked again before moving to the final inspection step.

8. Final Inspection and Packaging

Before delivery, the tractor is checked for appearance, configuration, accessories, basic functions and packaging requirements. For export orders, we also check loading conditions and related shipment preparation details.

This final step helps make sure the tractor is ready for transportation and customer acceptance after arrival.
