The BSM 1GQN Series rotary tiller is designed for agricultural tractors from approximately 25HP to 100HP. It is used for secondary tillage, soil crushing, surface loosening, crop-residue mixing and seedbed preparation before planting.
Multiple working widths from approximately 1000mm to 2500mm are available, allowing customers to select a suitable rotary tiller according to tractor horsepower, PTO capacity, field size, soil condition and required working width.
- Seedbed preparation before planting
- Breaking soil clods after primary tillage
- Surface soil loosening
- Mixing crop residues into the soil
- Cutting shallow weeds
- Secondary tillage after ploughing
- Preparation for corn, wheat, soybean and cotton fields
Power is transferred from the tractor PTO through the PTO shaft and gearbox to the rotary shaft. Curved blades mounted on the rotor rotate through the soil while the tractor moves forward.
The rotating blades break soil clods, loosen the surface layer and mix moderate crop residues into the soil, helping produce a finer and more uniform seedbed than primary tillage alone.
The 1GQN Series covers a wide tractor power range from approximately 25HP to 100HP.
The final model should not be selected by tractor horsepower alone. Buyers should also consider PTO capacity, soil resistance, working width, required working depth and daily workload.
Available working widths range from approximately 1000mm to 2500mm.
Smaller widths can be selected for compact tractors and narrow fields, while wider models can be matched with higher-horsepower tractors for larger cultivated areas.
The rotary tiller is powered by the tractor PTO. A 540rpm tractor PTO is commonly used, but the actual tractor PTO specification and rotary tiller gearbox configuration should be confirmed before production.
The 1GQN rotary tiller uses a tractor three-point mounting system for connection and lifting.
The final hitch specification should be confirmed according to the tractor model and linkage configuration.
One of the main advantages of a rotary tiller is the ability to produce a finer soil surface after primary tillage.
After ploughing or subsoiling, rotary tillage can break larger soil clods and prepare a more uniform surface for planting.
The rotating blades can mix moderate crop residue and shallow weeds into the surface soil during field preparation.
Actual performance depends on residue quantity, moisture level, soil hardness, working depth and tractor operating speed.
A rotary tiller is mainly used for secondary or finishing tillage. It should not automatically replace primary tillage implements in hard or compacted soil.
For hard soil, a plough or subsoiler may be used first, followed by rotary tillage for finer seedbed preparation.
The 1GQN Series can be matched with suitable BSM tractors within the recommended power range.
For example, buyers using a 70HP tractor can select an appropriate 1GQN working width according to soil conditions and field requirements.
See the 70HP 4WD farm tractor for mixed farming and implement work for a medium-farm tractor application.
For stronger field work, buyers can also compare the 80HP farm tractor for field cultivation and implement matching.
For larger tillage operations, compare the 90HP tractor with disc plough and rotary tiller package.
Before ordering, buyers should provide the tractor model, horsepower, PTO speed, field size, soil type, required working width, working depth and crop type.
BSM can recommend a suitable 1GQN configuration according to the actual agricultural application.
For export orders, the rotary tiller configuration, PTO shaft, spare blades, packing method and shipment plan can be confirmed according to the destination and final equipment selection.
The series is designed for tractors from approximately 25HP to 100HP. The final model depends on working width, soil resistance and PTO capacity.
The series is available in working widths from approximately 1000mm to 2500mm.
It is mainly used for soil crushing, surface loosening, residue mixing and seedbed preparation after primary tillage.
A 540rpm tractor PTO is commonly used, but the tractor PTO and rotary tiller gearbox specification should be confirmed before production.
Yes. Suitable models in the 1GQN Series can be matched with a 70HP tractor according to working width and field conditions.
For heavily compacted soil, primary tillage with a plough or subsoiler may be required before rotary tillage.
