The BSM 1BZD Series Hydraulic Trailed Opposed Heavy Duty Disc Harrow is designed for demanding soil preparation with approximately 60-160HP agricultural tractors. It is suitable for breaking hard soil, cutting crop residue, mixing organic material and preparing medium and large farms before planting.
Unlike a conventional heavy duty disc harrow, the 1BZD Series uses an opposed disc gang arrangement. The front and rear disc gangs work in opposite directions to help balance lateral force, reduce side draft and produce more uniform soil cutting and mixing.
The hydraulic trailed structure, reinforced steel frame and transport wheels provide stable operation and convenient field transfer. Available models cover nominal working widths from approximately 2.6m to 4.8m.
